Ashna Gunnoo

With a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Financial and Commercial Law, Ashna brings a
robust educational background and a wealth of practical experience to TGS Professional
Consultancy Ltd. Ashna spent three years at a renowned compliance firm, where she honed her
skills and developed a deep understanding of the complexities of financial and commercial
regulations. Driven by a strong will and determination, Ashna has leveraged her extensive
knowledge and experience to establish TGS Professional Consultancy Ltd. This venture is a
testament to her commitment to providing top-tier compliance services.

Compliance Consultant

Rooma Jaunky

Rooma boasts over 10 years of extensive experience in the Foreign Exchange and Compliance
sectors. Her career is distinguished by deep expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and
Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT). Rooma has been instrumental in leading and
executing various compliance assignments, with a particular focus on AML/CFT. Her
comprehensive understanding of these critical areas ensures that the organisations she works
with remain compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Non-Executive Director

Akshaye Dev Gunnoo

Akshaye is a Chartered Accountant, qualified at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
England & Wales (ICAEW), and a Business Financial Professional (BFP). He is also a member of
the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. Serving on the Board of Directors as a nonexecutive director, Akshaye brings strategic insights and governance expertise that contribute to
the effective oversight and direction of the organisation.

Arnachellum Rungasamy

Arnachellum is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a distinguished member of the
Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA). With over 20 years of experience,
Arnachellum has built a remarkable career in the financial sector. He previously held the position
of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Shibani Finance Mauritius.

Currently, Arnachellum serves on the Board of Directors as a non-executive director. His strategic
insights and governance expertise contribute to the effective oversight and direction of the
organisation. Arnachellum's dedication to excellence ensures that the company adheres to best
practices and achieves sustainable growth. His professional background and board-level
experience make him an invaluable asset to the organisation.
